Federal Agency Website Traffic:
IP addresses associated with various government agencies including the Department of Homeland Security and U.S. Customs computers have been banned from accessing this website.
These agencies are in violation of the Freedom of Information Act in refusing to release public documentation relating to the December 20, 2002 roadblock they were involved with. In addition, a DHS computer began hitting this site repeatedly in late April of 2005 after information related to a Southern Arizona Homeland Security roadblock was posted.
After downloading over 130 MB of data, the DHS computer continued to hit this site everyday, sometimes several times a day, for the next two weeks. In the beginning of May 2005, the offending IP address, 126.96.36.199, along with several others were blocked. Log files show however that a DHS computer utilizing this IP address continues to attempt access on a regular basis.
Access will continue to be denied until such time as these federal agencies stop their harassment, obey the law & respond to outstanding FOIA requests.
An archived log, prior to October 2005, of federal agency access attempts appear below. It should be noted by anyone who would seek to interfere with the operation of this website that this is a:
High Intensity First Amendment Enforcement Area
Any attempt to stifle or interfere with the exercise of First Amendment protected rights associated with this site will be vigorously confronted.
