Another unmarked enforcement vehicle passing by along SR86. Enforcement vehicles routinely operate along this two lane highway at speeds well above the posted speed limit and can be observed passing vehicles along no-pass stretches of the highway. I've observed several accidents along this highway involving Border Patrol vehicles.
